• The Geo Channel System
  • Indoor Drainage
  • Dry-Up Baseboards

Geo Channels unique design gives it an advantage over other systems because it can be placed on top or next to footing. This means it requires no gravel, it's less messy and invasive, and quicker to install making it more cost effective. The Geo Channel collects water from the floor and wall joints and under the center of the floor, which makes it more effective than other systems.

How Does it Work?

After heavy rainfall the soil around and under our foundations gets filled with water. In order to evacuate the water, Geo Channel's unwoven fabric releases the water at 140 gallons per minute. This allows the water to enter the drainage core along the length and height of the Geo Channel. The Geo Channel releases the hydrostatic pressure so efficiently there is no pressure build-up. There is the most efficient method for relieving this pressure that there is today.

Geo Channel also makes yard drainage easy. No longer do you need unsightly pipes or gravel beds. Geo Channel will sit in the mud or dirt without a need for gravel. The sod is cut and a small trench is created to install it. The dirt is back filled without using stone, and the yard is restored. It is the least disruptive way to do yard drainage.

The Cove Drain

The Cove Drain is a highly engineered plastic membrane that drains all wall leaks into your new Water Tunnel system. Unlike other types of drainage fabrics on the market, the dimpled air gap technology increases the flow of wall drainage, weep hole drainage, and key way seepage to the Water Tunnel system, which helps to leave you with a clean dry basement. GUARANTEED! The dimpled design also allows the new concrete to flow all the way back to the wall. This helps to ensure that the bottom of the wall will not have any inward structural movement.

The Trench Drain

The Trench Drain is the last line of defense in protecting your basement from water infiltration. It will protect your basement from water entering in and around any exterior basement door. The Trench Drain is designed to resist freezing, and to prevent clogging due to the build up of leaves and debris on the outside of the doorway. The Trench Drain protects your basement even when you’re not home to unclog that outside drain.

The Flood Defender

Don’t be caught with a flooded basement due to a water heater leak! The Flood Defender is a plastic containment ring that is installed around water heaters and other water devices that may leak water. The Flood Defender captures the water and directs it into the Water Tunnel System which channels the water to the Champion Sump System without any harm to your basement.

THE DRY-UP BASEBOARD SYSTEM is a unique water control channel constructed of high-strength space-age polymer that attaches to the existing concrete floor and is designed to look like a finished baseboard.

The hollow baseboard is 5” tall and extends 2” from the wall. Our unique system is engineered to be used with any type of foundation, including old stone or brick walls, poured concrete walls and block walls. In addition weep holes are drilled into the hollows of block wall to alleviate water build up inside the foundation walls and insure proper drainage.
